When the shaft rotates in anticlockwise direction at slow speed in a bearing, it will
have contact at the bottom most of the bearing
move towards right of the bearing making the metal to metal contact

@Vaibhav.

When the shaft rotates in an anticlockwise direction at a slow speed in a bearing, it will move towards the left of the bearing making metal to metal contact because the lubricant inside the bearing will try to move back when the speed is slow thereby making metal to metal contact.

When the shaft rotates in an anticlockwise direction at high speed in a bearing, it will move towards the centre of the bearing having sufficient lubricant surrounding the shaft thereby not making metal to metal contact.

Please anyone explain.

How is it possible?

If it's rotating in anti-clockwise with slow speed then definitely it will be in contact at the bottom for most of the time due to low speed. As speed will start increasing it will start moving in right direction.
