Tmax=T1+Tc.
And Tmax=3Tc (from max power transmission cond).
So, 3Tc=T1+T.
Now, T1=2Tc.

Maximum Tension is on tight side : Tmax= 3Tc
So the maximum tension on driving side = T1+Tc.
ie 3Tc = T1+TCS.
T1= 2Tc.
