V.R = D1/D2{1-(s1+s2/100)}.
As the diameter is same, so d1/d2=1.
As the diameter is same, so d1/d2=1.

Velocity ratio = (1-(s1+s2)/100).
= (1-(1+3)/100) = 0.96.
= (1-(1+3)/100) = 0.96.
