Number of bolts = 100 mm/25 mm per bolt
The number of bolts = 4 bolts.

Here is flange coupling, not marine flange coupling so the answer is right.

For, 35 mm diameter shaft n = 3.
55 mm diameter shaft n = 4.
150 mm diameter shaft n = 6.
230 mm diameter shaft n = 8.

6 is the right answer.

35 to 55 - 4.
56 to 150 - 6.
151 to 230 - 8.
230 to 390 - 10.
Above 390 - 12.
