Transmission shafts are used to transmit power between the source and the machine absorbing power; e.g. countershafts and line shafts. Machine shafts are the integral part of the machine itself; e.g. crankshaft.

What about bikes they don't have a propeller shaft, right?
And Crankshaft can transmit power to the cam shaft.

Actual power that is brake power available at the crankshaft and it only coverts motion not power, the power of it converted by the flywheel.

Propeller shafts are transmission shaft. If you are confused regarding automobile and crankshaft will be machine shaft because transmission be not be from shaft to shaft.
