Yes, height is more important because it will be dependent upon the inside diameter of the nut.

I think pure rolling action is done at pitch points/flank of thread. Hence "A" is correct.

I think answer is B. Because hear no matter off height. In nut inner diameter is important. Because inner diameter is less or more due to this the nut will not engage or disengage properly. So I think answer is inside diameter.
