It is the sampling taken into account to determine what percentage of time of a working day, a worker spends for a particular job.

Work sampling is interested in finding:.

A. The percentage of day of worker is working and the percentage of day he is idle.
B. The working and idle time of worker.
C. Establish standard time of operation.

So none of the options are suitable though c can be considered closest.
