Radioisotope thermal generators (RTGs) are used in space missions. The heat generated by the decay of a radioactive source, often plutionium-238, is used to generate electricity. The Voyager space probes, the Cassini mission to Saturn, the Galileo mission to Jupiter, and the New Horizons mission to Pluto are all powered by RTGs. The Spirit and Opportunity Mars rovers have used a mix of solar panels for electricity and RTGs for heat.

Nuclear reactor are used for Thermoelectric power plant like 1) Kakrapar Atomic power plant 2) Rawatbhata Atomic power plant etc for 700 Mwe capacity. Also the used fuel in the above said power plant is usable in the fusion type of reactor to produce electricity. Also the light water nuclear reactor are used to propel ships, submarines, aircraft.

Reactors are used for generating electricity, moving aircraft carriers and submarines, producing medical isotopes for imaging and cancer treatment, and for conducting research.

The pupose of nuclear reactors is to deliver power. The by products or fissile materials have no use so any of A & C is correct.
