Propulsive efficiency = 2Vo/(V1+Vo).
Propulsive efficiency = 2Vo/V1(1+Vo/V1).
Propulsive efficiency = 2(Vo/V1)/(1+Vo/V1).

Propulsive efficiency for jet engine = 2V0 / (V1+V0).

Propulsive efficiency for ROCKET = 2(V0/V1) / 1+(V0/V1)^2.
