Two stroke is more power than four stroke engine because every each rotation makes a power stroke.

A working stroke is a combination of the intake stroke and Power stroke. So that in each working stroke one revolution of the crankshaft is done, hence (one working stroke = one revolution) i.e. no. of working stroke is equal to the rpm.
