Indicated power is power obtained in the engine cylinder and brake power is power obtained in crankshaft after considering all losses that's why IP>BP.

Answer (C) is right.
Break power is a power that we gets at the crank shaft.
Engine always develops power greater than break power. It isn't concerned about how you use it like losing to frictional power or at useful work.
B.P = I.P - F.P.
