2500°C FOR PETROL ENGINE.
600°C FOR DIESEL ENGINE.
And;
700°C FOR STEAM ENGINE.

2500° Celsius is for diesel engine after igniting the fuel.

1000° Celsius is for petrol engine after igniting the fuel whereas for the steam engine its only 200-250° Celsius.

The Correct answer is A.

Because the cylinder temp. In I.C engine is 600 degree Celsius while the temp of steam engine cylinder is 2500 degree Celsius.

The increased amount of air, a result of blower action, fills the cylinder with a fresh charge of air. During the process, the increased amount of air helps to clear the cylinder of the gases of combustion. The process is called SCAVENGING.
