And here, datum head is considered as zero.
So, Option C is correct.

Total energy at point p/ρ*g+v^2/2G+Z but at same level so Z that is datum energy is considered as zero or negligible.

I think answer is B. The difference between total energy line and hydraulic gradient line is equal to velocity head.
