                Cd= cc * cv.
And the value of Cc& Cv is always less than unity.
Eg : cc = 0.9 and cv = 0.9
Cd = 0.9 * 0.9
Cd = 0.81

                Cc is coefficient of contraction Cc= area of orifice ate vena contracts/ area of orifice meter.
For more information search about orifice meter in Google.

                A is right option.
Because of Cd = Cc * Cv.
Cc is less and Cv is high and ultimately, Cd is less than the Cv.

                Cd = Cc * Cv.
Where Cc is always less than unity and Cv.
So Cd will be always less than Cv.

So Cd will be always less than Cv.
