Both Euler and Bernoulli's equation are derived with viscosity equal to zero.
Navier and Stokes only derived equations of motion by considering viscosity. Applicable to compressible and real fluids.

But Euler equation is valid for either compressible or incompressible. Bernoulli's is only for incompressible.
