Answer is B because if gravitational force is less than the upthrust of the liquid then only the body will float in liquid otherwise it will submerged in liquid.

When gravitation force and buoyancy force equal, then the body will be floating but in submerged condition. So B is correct.

Then what about when gravitational dice is equal to the upthrust force?

I think both A&B are correct!

Any body in equilibrium then total force in acting body in zero. So, Option A is correct.

It is mentioned upthrust force, a body floating on water means opposite equal force acts on it.

The Gravitational force less then the upthrust of a liquid in a floating condition. So the answer is B.
