The hole is like an orifice. And the viscosity term is nowhere included in the formula of discharge. Also, the viscosity affects the flow where a solid boundary is present in the flow.

So, the answer should be B, theoretically.

But practically more viscous liquid like honey will not pass so easily through the hole as water. So viscosity will reduce the flow rate. Through the hole.

Also in viscosity measurement by Redwood and Saybolt instrument, time for passing a certain quantity of a liquid is measured. From there it is clear that more viscous liquid will take higher time to pass through the hole.

So, answer A is right.
