Answer is right as specific volume is equal to 1/density and density = mass / volume.

Specific volume (for liquid)= volume/weight (m3/N).
Specific volume (for gas) = volume/mass (m3/Kg).
Specific volume (for gas) = volume/mass (m3/Kg).
