N = speed of shaft
T = torque

Now T = u*n^2*N^2*R^4.
.
So putting value of T in the formula of power we get answer B.

Here we need to divide entire formula by 60, because in question it is mentioned clearly power (in watts).

F = UAV/y.
Y = t/2,
V = pick DM/60.
