Correct the values please.
Laminar - When Re < 2300.
Transient - When 2300 < Re < 4000.
Turbulent - When Re > 4000.
Laminar - When Re < 2300.
Transient - When 2300 < Re < 4000.
Turbulent - When Re > 4000.
