I think the answer should be B. It may be frictionless. But it need not be incompressible. We consider air or gas nearly ideal but these fluids are compressible.

Because the ideal fluid is isothermal, friction less fluid is reversible adiabatic process so the answer is correct.

Fluid means anything that flows. Ex air is working fluid in IC engine. But air is compressible fluid.
