Water is a Newtonian fluid as its viscosity does not change with shear.

                Ideal fluid never exist.

Water is real fluid because it has the least viscosity. Any fluid having viscosity is real fluid.

"The viscosity is a function only of the condition of the fluid, particularly its temperature. " Water, oil, gasoline, alcohol and even glycerin are examples of Newtonian fluids. Examples of non-Newtonian fluids are slurries, suspensions, gels and colloids.

The water, air and kerosene can be approximated as ideal fluids.

Newtonian fluid means which obeys Newton's law of viscosity (shear stress is directly proportional to velocity gradient).
But water is a incompressible fluid hence it does not subject to shear. So, I think the and is wrong. Any one explain.

Water is a real fluid. Because it posse viscosity.
