V = 1/r.

For free vortex;
Angular momentum is constant
V * r = constant.
So from this answer is (B) v inversely proportional to r.
For forced vortex,
Angular velocity is constant so,
V = rw = constant.
Angular momentum is constant
V * r = constant.
