                And what about forced vortex? Explain this too.

                For free vortex : v * r = const.
V = 1/r.
                V = 1/r.

                Case-1 when rotating with constant A.V
W=Const.
So v/r= Const.
Case-2 When irrotational motion.
Then shear stress is Const.
So MVR=Const.
So v= c/r.
                W=Const.
So v/r= Const.
Case-2 When irrotational motion.
Then shear stress is Const.
So MVR=Const.
So v= c/r.

                For free vortex;
Angular momentum is constant
V * r = constant.
So from this answer is (B) v inversely proportional to r.
For forced vortex,
Angular velocity is constant so,
V = rw = constant.
