Check Total Pressure definition.
The total pressure is defined as the "force" exerted by a static fluid on a surface (either plane or curved) when the fluid comes in contact with the surface. This force is always normal to the surface.

I think the question should be about Total Pressure force.
If option C is right,
pressure force = pressure * area
= w*ω ^2*radius^2 * 1/2 * π/2 * radius ^2*1/g.
= w*ω ^2*radius raise to 4*1/4*π*1/g.
If option C is right,
pressure force = pressure * area
= w*ω ^2*radius^2 * 1/2 * π/2 * radius ^2*1/g.
= w*ω ^2*radius raise to 4*1/4*π*1/g.

If the question is about pressure force then given answer is true. But in question only pressure is there. So please correct it.
