The answer is divergent.
As nozzle diameter get to reduce or it is of conical shape and as in venturi meter divergent section is used to increase velocity.
So, here divergent is the correct answer.

In a thermal power plant, most of the nozzles are C-D type. Only a Pelton turbine nozzle is convergent.

Mostly, Convergent-divergent nozzles are used, so I think D is the right answer.
