                In parallel pipes, the fluid comes from a common source and gets split into a number of pipes. Assuming no leakage, the total discharge hence would be the sum of discharge in each pipe. Also, all pipes have the same material hence the head loss due to friction would be same.
Therefore the correct option is D.
