As per Affinity Laws:

H1/H2 = (D1/D2)^2.

Delivery is directly proportional to the square of the diameter.

So head is directly proportional to diameter of the impeller.
Hd is directly prop. to D square.

Delivery head of centrifugal pump is directly proportional to square of its impeller diameter.
