These days air conditioner can decrease and increase temperature. I think that's why option D is correct.

I think in the outdoor unit the heat is pushing out, so there is heating, so the answer should be all of these.

Wintor-Air conditioner contains air preheater which results in warn air so heating is also possible hence answer is all of the above.

In Air conditioning inside the heater is not applicable, it can be rise temperature up to room temperature.
