Due to convection, there will be no heat transfer as the temperature of the body is less than the surrounding.

That is mathamically right. But as per second law of thermodynamics is wrong because heat transfer is only from high temperature to low temperature.

Generally heat flows from a body at high temperature to a body at low temperature. In this case heat flow be positive. In the question heat is flowing from low temperature body to high temperature body so, heat flow will be negative.
