But when the heat is stored in the body you will feel uncomfortable. If a body feels to be comfortable heat stored in the body has to be zero. For this question, heat produced will be equal to heat released to the surroundings.

Its right as a body has to maintain 37 degree for its sustainance and give away exess heat to the surrounding. So A and B is equal to C.

Heat is already stored in a body. Body isn't at 0° C temperature, so all the heat must be dissipated no storing.
