For a given DBT, as RH increases so it is a humidification process (VERTICAL Line) and here WBT also will be increased. If we take the same DBT, RH decreases so it will be a DEHUMIDIFICATION process and here WBT also will be decreased.

So, option "A" is the correct answer.

Yes, the correct option is "A" because of wet bulb depression= DBT - WBT.

Here, DBT is vertical lines, WBT lines are horizontal lines.

When WBT increased then automatically RH also increased.

As WBT increase means less evaporation of wet cloth. i.e moisture is already in air surrounding bulb of thermometer i.e RH is high. So A will be the answer.
