Dry saturated vapour is the correct one. So, here option D is the answer. After passing through the compressor refrigerant become superheated vapour.

In the ideal case, it should be superheated vapour but in practical it should be dry saturated.

Before entering to the compressor it should be "dry saturated vapour". After, passing through to the compressor it is "superheated vapour".
