What is the use of latent heat of vaporisation?

Because heat is removed in the evaporator of the body where the heat is absorbed by refrigerant and change the phase liquid to gas form. For changing the phase gas required latent heat so we use the latent heat of vaporization.

Latent heat is high because the mass flow will be less.
