If we consider water as a refrigerant than we also have to consider Li-Br as refrigerant along with water.

In the case of Water-lithium bromide vapour absorption refrigeration system, Water is refrigerant and Lithium bromide is an absorber.
In the case of Water-Ammonia vapour absorption refrigeration system, Water is absorber and Ammonia is a refrigerant.
So, the correct answer should contain both "Water" (Aqua) and "Ammonia" and according to the given options, the options D suits best but it should be like (Aqua, Ammonia) instead of (Aqua-Ammonia).
