Defrosting here refers to defrosting the contents inside the refrigerator (and not the cooling coils of the refrigerator itself). The moment the compressor stops working, there is no way the working fluid can reject the absorbed heat into the surroundings. Even more fundamentally, there is no pressure gradient for any flow in the refrigeration loop. So there's no refrigerator in the first place.

If we stop compressor, after start again that was it not consume more electry.

Before or after pressure is some x so how can reduce it.

How it is correct if we off or on the compressor? I think so it will consume more electric current if it is possible please tell me.

The compressor compress the gas and sends to freezer. If compressor is stopped deforesting naturally begins. I not sure about this but someone will comment for this strange answer.

How it can be correct?

Compressor off means refrigerator off so due to the increment of temperature inside the refrigerator due to heat leakage defrosting takes place.

"Frost-Free" refrigerator/freezer units usually use a heating element to defrost their evaporators, a pan to collect and evaporate water from the frost that melts from the cold plate and/or evaporator coil, a timer which turns off the compressor and turns on the defrost element.
Actually, defrosting take place while heater will turn on and it turn on after compressor stop. May be this reason for defrosting compressor turn-off.

Defrosting (or thawing) is the melting of an object or bringing a device's temperature above the freezing point to remove ice.
A defrosting procedure is generally performed periodically on refrigerators and freezers to maintain their operating efficiency. Over time, as the door is opened and closed, letting in new air, water vapour from the air condenses on the cooling elements within the cabinet.

I think by regulating the flow rate of refrigerant we can achieve this without stopping the compressor. Just by decreasing the flow of refrigerant.
