Option B is right because, after throttling, flash evaporation occurs which makes some part of liquid refrigerant vapourize, therefore a wet vapor is a correct answer.

After condenser the liquid is super heated and going to the expansion valve it reduces its pressure and temp and converted into saturated liquid.

No your answer is wrong after expansion valve low pressure liquid is send to evaporator. Otherwise pressure drop.
