The "body" that is being considered here is the refrigerant. It removes (absorbs) heat when it is at low temperature and delivers (reject to the atmosphere) heat when it is at high temperature.

I think B is the correct answer because refrigerator works between low to high temperature its extract heat from low temperature and release high temperature.

Actually, in the evaporator high temperature of a material is transformed to liquid refrigerant.
