Solid to liquid - convection.
For No medium- radiation.

In Solid-fluid, Heat transfer takes place according to conduction and convection.

And In liquid and gasses, heat transfer takes place according to only convection.

Solid can transfer heat through conduction, convection (when moving fluid in contact) and radiation.

The solids can transfer heat through both conduction and radiation, it is just that we neglect radiation many a times.

In case of solids the heat is transfer only by conduction because solids are form by closely pack arrangement.
