And we know
Izz=lxx+lyy.
Than lzz=π/32(D4-d4).
So now lzz is double.
So, the answer (A) correct.

Izz=lxx+lyy.

Reason for answer C is as Izz =π/32(D4-d4) and Ixx is given by Ixx=π/32(D4-d4).

Ixx= π D^4 /64.
So Izz = 2 times Ixx.
So Izz = 2 times Ixx.
