In case of a right circular cone, its centre of gravity is on the line of altitude and is at H/4 distance from the base where H is the altitude of the right circular cone. Now, take the vector sum of all the forces then resultant force acts on a specific point and that point is called the centre of gravity.

Hollow cone = h/3.

For Solid cone it is h/4.
