The answer should be Yes.
As example, we can take an L section body. It has two c.g. because it actual c.g. is situated outside of the body.

Option A is correct because irregular body have more than one cette of gravity. Regular body have middle point is act in centre of gravity.

A body whether regular or irregular will have only one CG. More than one CG is impossible.
