The equation for simple pendulum is given by 2π√(l/g).

Hence for torsional pendulum r/k is introduced.

f(torsional) = (1/2*pi)*sqrt(k/I).

Substitute the value of I, we get answer.

We know that the equation of simple pendulum is =2ψ√l/g,
Where as torque of simple pandulum is =r/k,
Therefore = r/2πk(√l/g).
