Remember that tangential acceleration refers to the change in the magnitude of velocity, but not it's direction. Here metioned velocity is constant, so option A is correct.

Basically, Tangential Acceleration is equal to (Radius*Angular Acceleration), as the velocity is uniform, there is no angular acceleration. Hence, only the centripetal acceleration exists.

Uniform velocity - Does this mean constant speed changing direction based on a circle? Constant velocity would not result in a circular path.
