Weight is explained mathematically as mass*gravity. Either it goes up or down nothing changes in the mass and gravity. Therefore, we can not say maximum or minimum. It's weight is constant. Then "no" is the correct answer.

I think minimum weight when body falling down freely and maximum weight when body going upward direction.
