I think, Option A is right answer.

Right answer: W sin theta because in question already specified that minimum force. So whenever angel of inclination = angel of friction for rough horizontal plane then we have to put the answer W sin theta.

we know F = w R,
w = tan theta and for horizontal surface R = W
Therefore, Force required (F) = w tan theta

W cos is answer. Force act in a horizontal.

Answer is w sin theta because minimum force is required.

Answer should be A as when force applied to slide a body at an angle theta.

F equals to uR and u equals to tan of angle of friction. And R equals to W for horizontal plane. On this perspective, it should be the option (C).

Weight w acts downward so that to move weight w we should only give force equals to frictional force. It will be wtanthita.

How come because its a horizontal plane?
