Value of angle of repose and angle of friction is same but definition is different here according to definition angle of repose is the correct answer.

The angle of Repose: the maximum angle of inclination of the plane at which a body can stay at rest. Even at ANGLE OF REPOSE, the body doesn't move. It's about to start.
The angle of friction is the angle of inclination of the plane with the horizontal when the body just starts to slide.
So, here body begins to slide. It corresponds to the angle of friction. If it was mentioned about to start or impending, it would have been a repose angle.

The minimum angle req to impend/start motion on incline plane is called Angle of Repose. The correct choice is angle of repose.
