I think, Aluminium is more ductile than mild steel.

Mild steel having more ductile behavioural phenomenal than the aluminium and reason is that;

Mild steel shows BCC crystal structure and Aluminium shows FCC.

And BCC is more ductile than FCC structure and one more best reason for why aluminium shows a less ductile than mild steel is. FCC crystal structure cannot show ductile to the Brittle transition temperature and only BCC can shows.

This is the main reason.

Copper is more ductile than Mild steel.

The ductility of steel varies depending on the alloying constituents. Increasing levels of carbon decreased ductility.

The most ductile metal is platinum and the most malleable metal is gold.

No, Al is most ductile among all.

Because mild steel having less carbon than other materials.

I think Al is more ductlile than MS.
It has no carbon content so.

Copper has about 60% more ductility than Aluminium.

Because it has less than 0.15% carbon.
