There is a difference between pressure ratio, and compression ratio.
Compression ratio in Gas Turbine is 1.
Pressure ratio in Gas Turbine is started from 7 bars.

The inlet to the compressor and the outlet from the turbine ideally should have the same pressure.

I think it means that the compression ratio between the inlet of the whole machine and outlet so what the compressor compresses the turbine expand so the right answer will be 1.
