Yes, we took 700 and For safety reasons we don't go beyond this value, there is high temperature trip is provided on the system.

Water cooled blades in a gas turbine can work at beyond 1100 degree Celsius. While normal gas turbine can work around 800 degree Celsius.

All gas turbine working temperature is 700 degree Celsius . But the over temperature and trip temperature is 1000 degree Celsius.

All above right but tungsten maximum temperature limit 2390c. There fore in a question not clarify which type material of the blade? There reasons 1000 also true in answer.

In gas turbine combustor design on wet low noxes or dry low nox the temp of gas turbine controlled according to emissions and gas turbine metallurgy design.

Temperature can vary with metallurgy (coating) of Combustor & Turbine blades. Our turbine (Model - LM 6000) temperature @combustor is 1200 degree celsius.
