Option B is correct from my point of view.
Jet Propulsion: No propeller is used. Ejected gases from the nozzle produce thrust and follow Newton's 3rd Law. The propulsive matter is ejected within the propelled body.
Aircraft Propeller: In addition, a Propeller is used. This propeller causes the propulsive matter to flow around the propelled body.
Option B is correct from my point of view.

There is a confusion regarding aircraft propellers, propeller rotate in the front of an engine to propel the aircraft but you explain the turbo fan aircraft. So answer B is correct.

In aircraft turbo fan acts propeller, intake propeller with help of blades air collect and compress with help of compressor and then combusted through back with high pressure help of turbine blades with in the propulsion body.
